A lot of debates and discussion are going
on these days on the fitness of kids. Parents are particularly very much
concern about their kids fitness and health.
Keep your diet good makes your body fit and include little exercise in
your kids daily routine makes your healthy and energetic. If your diet is good
and you are regular players in sports and exercise then your body works well
and you feel good. Parents need to follow good health diet plan for kids
including milk, fresh juices, fresh fruits, vegetables, wheat and rice. If your
kid is not good in eating, consult to your family doctors and give supplements
on doctor recommendations. Some kids are slow in studies, it’s because they
either don’t have good diet or not into sports. Parents must encourage and
force their kids to participate in to physical games instead of computer games.
Parents should bring their kids into sport festival and encourage kids to contribute;
this will increase their level of confidence. Most important is good sleep,
normal 7to 9 hour sleep is considered as healthy sleep for human body. If you don’t
have good sleep you can’t work efficiently and lose your interest in many
things. It is important to make schedule of your diet, exercise and sleep. If you sleep after food it will not help to
digest your food properly. There should be some gap between sleep and eat
timing. Kids should sleep sharp at 10pm and wakeup at 6am in morning then go
for jogging. After they came back from jogging they must have good breakfast
including egg, milk and butter. During
school break time, eat vegetables and fresh fruits along with good meal. After their
school time, provide them light food and possible 1hour nap. After that kids
can work on their school homework and can play in grounds with other kids.
Dinner should be ready at sharp 8pm so that kids eat on time and lean the time management.
It is good if they read some story book before sleep this will improve their reading
skills and vocabulary. At sharp 10pm kids should be in there bed and sleep in
sleeping dress. It is advisable use cotton and loose night dress for kids because
this will improve the flow of blood in body. Those children who are into
watching tv and playing computer games they must stop playing 2hour before
sleep. This will reduce electromagnetic waves and they can sleep peacefully.

Health Mind and Soul
Human being is composed of three major
parts:
1. Health
2. Mind
3. Soul
1. Health (Exercise)
Chinese Proverb "He who
has health, has hope; and he who has hope, has everything". In this
Era, people are busy in their job and home life. They hardly get time
to focus on their physical fitness due to many responsibilities. Whereas
these days, kids using computer gadgets and spend no time for physical fitness.
Such routine will ultimately effect human body and he/she fall into
many diseases. Hence it’s important for every person regardless of age, have to
focus on physical fitness at least 45-min daily. This 45-min save
your life from many health issues and keeps you away from medicine. Health
is big wealth, we should think of our diet and exercise to life happy health
long life.
2. Mind (Reading)
Human mind is considered as central
processing unit of your body. In order to keep your mind active and fresh, one
must go for health fitness like gym, games and exercises. These health fitness
exercises improve your body blood flow in brain and makes you active. But to
become smart and knowledgeable you should develop the habit of reading. Reading
is considered as food of your mind. It’s not important you read your course
related book, read any book at-least one hour. There are many benefits of
reading such as increase your knowledge, vocabulary and improve your language.
Reading habit must started from childhood and set your target to finish reading
one book in a month.
3. Soul (Charity)
After your heath and mind got their food. It’s
time to feed your soul and makes your soul happy and satisfied. The best way is
to do charity and help poor people. Research shows people into charities are
happy and less health issues. It’s up to you how you do the charity but do at
least once in a month or a week. This will bring the feeling of caring people
and at the end you feel happy and peaceful. Charity also bring blessing in your
salary or in your pocket money. Its develops the feeling doing sacrifices for
needy people.
No one can neglect these three parts of human being. If these three parts are balanced you are happy and enjoying your life. Ignoring one part, will badly affects the balance of your life. Give time to your health mind and soul and live a peaceful life with happiness.
